Description

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.  This is a “Jam” class, so you’ll do Pilates while jamming to your favorite tunes.

Is this class for you?

This is an all levels class, as long as you don’t mind leaving with sore abs, then this class is for you!
