Description

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
 
Make sure and checkout our upcoming “Glowboxing” – kickboxing in the dark with blacklights!  Glowsticks encouraged!

Is this class for you?

Kickboxing is great for anyone, whether it’s your first time in class or you’re a pro!  We always recommend people go at their own pace and can help show you adjustments to make our kickboxing class a low impact workout.
