About

I began practicing Yoga in 2011 as a complimentary healing modality to the art of self-care. Out of a desire to understand the human condition, I have explored various yogic styles and have immersed myself in meditation traditions such as Vipassana and Hebrew Kabbalah. I received my 300-hour Hatha Therapy certification in 2016. 

 I am currently studying to be a registered dietician with intention of bridging my passion for Yoga, functional movement, and nutrition. My purpose is to help others cultivate their strength, resiliency, and health. I believe Yoga to be a beautiful tool to help us restore our bodies, still our minds and to connect with that quiet space within where divine magic happens. See you on the mat!
