Hi there! My name is Victoria. I moved to San Marcos from South Texas in 2014, and established a regular yoga practice in 2017 when I was introduced to hot yoga. While I love to study and practice all types of yoga, I have dedicated a great deal of time to understanding the discipline of Bikram’s 26 posture sequence. I find a certain comfort in the routine of practicing the same postures, in the same order, over and over again. Yoga has improved all aspects of my life, which inspires me to teach it, so I can help spread all the goodness it has to offer. Aside from yoga, I spend most of my free time reading, writing, watching movies, running, hiking, and enjoying the river.
